Information you choose to share

A coaching inquiry includes your name, email address, coaching interest, message, and permission for Rob to reply. Please do not include medical records, payment details, or other sensitive information.

How your inquiry is handled

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss coaching. It is not sold or used to sign you up for marketing. If you choose to open an email draft, the message stays with your email application until you send it. Your email provider's terms also apply.

When direct website delivery is available, the message is sent to Rob through Resend, an email delivery provider. Messages are retained in the business email account for inquiry follow-up and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. This site does not maintain a separate inquiry database.

Technical information

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are hosted with the site. The server temporarily processes IP addresses to limit spam, and the hosting or email provider may retain operational logs under its own policies.

Your choices

You can ask Rob to correct or delete your inquiry information, or stop contacting you, by emailing rob@piratescoaching.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
